Check in time
Relax and let the vacation begin a little bit sooner - minimum check in time is 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Guests must be checked-in, at the very latest 10 minutes before take-off, or seats will be offered to wait-listed guests.

ECA is an animal friendly airline. Cats and dogs, up to 8 kilos, are your free companions. Please bring animal-friendly carriers with you. To ensure space is available and if your pet does not fall within these parameters, contact us 24 hours before departure.
Hand luggage
One piece of hand luggage is allowed per paying passenger. The dimensions allowable are 30X20X15cm, max. 5 kilos. If you happen to have more than one bag, we will gladly check additional luggage, for a surcharge.
Checked luggage
Two standard pieces with a total weight of 15 kilos are allowed per paying passenger. If space is available, we will gladly check additional luggage for a surcharge.
Oversize Luggage
Surf boards, golf bags, camping equipment, etc, etc, let us know what you have and if space is available we will do our very best to transport your goods for a small surcharge.

Weather related cancellations
Croatia has spectacular weather. However, “safety first” – if the pilot of your flight is concerned about the weather conditions, the flight may be delayed or cancelled. We will make every attempt to rebook you as soon as possible or assist you in finding another means of transportation to your location.
Special Assistance
We will do everything possible to make guests requiring assistance comfortable on our flights. Guests requiring special assistance are requested to contact the seaport of their departure at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that their wishes can be met. Our email our customer service office at customer-service@ec-air.eu.
People with Reduced Mobility (PRM: WCHC, WCHR, WCHS)
European Coastal Airlines will assist people with reduced mobility to board and enjoy flights on our seaplanes. If you require a little or a little bit more assistance, please contact the seaport of your departure to arrange for a helping hand. (When booking your ticket, please include special needs in the comments section).
Wheelchairs
Due to space restrictions, we are able to take folding wheelchairs. We will arrange for safe and comfortable embarkation and disembarkation of our wheelchair guests. Passengers requiring complete assistance must travel with a suitable escort. Regulations for the handling of dangerous goods require that batteries for wheelchairs must be sealed and disconnected before take off.
Service Dogs
We are a very animal-friendly airline. Your service dog has the best deal of the season and the best seat on the plane! He or she flies free of charge in the cabin and please bring a muzzle along. Only one dog is allowed per flight (due to safety reasons), so please contact us in advance of your departure.
